We do not manage these services, they are run independently from the surgery

- General Surgery
- Neurology
- Ophthalmology

The GP surgery do not manage these clinics, you will need to contact Modality Partnership on 0330 041 7475 or email Modalityllp.communityservices@nhs.net for any queries as the surgery staff cannot help you.
