NEW TRIAGE SYSTEM COMMENCING TUESDAY 5 MAY 2026
From Tuesday 5 May 2026, we will be introducing a new triage system for all appointment requests and medical queries.
This means that when you contact the practice, your request will first be assessed by a clinician or a suitably trained member of our team. You will then be directed to the most appropriate care, which may include:
- advice by phone or text
- an appointment with a GP, nurse, or other healthcare professional
- signposting to another appropriate service
This change is designed to ensure you receive the right care, at the right time, from the right person. It will also help save you time, as you can submit your request using the online form available on our website, without needing to call reception.
You can still contact the practice in the usual way via phone, online form, or at reception. Please provide as much information as possible about your problem so we can help you promptly.
